Shipping Policy

At RACVIBE, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the delivery timelines and conditions.

Delivery Coverage

We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped within Sri Lanka only.

Same Day Delivery – Colombo City Limits

Same day delivery is available only within Colombo 1-15 and nearby suburbs, including:

• Mount Lavinia
• Dematagoda
• Battaramulla
• Homagama

To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00 AM (local time). Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery Outside Colombo City

For orders outside Colombo city limits, delivery will take 2 to 3 business days depending on the location and courier service availability.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any promotional free delivery offers will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Additional Notes

We do not take responsibility for duties, taxes, or import fees, as we currently do not ship outside Sri Lanka. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak seasons, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
