RACVIBE – Exchange-Only Policy

At RACVIBE, we take pride in offering high-quality, innovative products like our sunscreen jacket stain-free shirts. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our items and our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene and quality standards, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. Instead, we provide a 7-day exchange window for eligible items.


Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unworn and unwashed
  • Must be in their original packaging with tags intact
  • Must be free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Must not have been purchased at a discount greater than 20%

Items that show signs of wear, use, or have any markings, damage, or odors (including perfume or detergent) will not be accepted for exchange.


Items Not Eligible for Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-exchangeable:

  • Accessories such as caps, bags, or any wearable gear other than the jacket
  • Any item purchased during a sale or promotion with a discount of 1000 or more
  • Items received as gifts (unless coordinated through the original purchaser)

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order at support@racvibe.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and any relevant photos if necessary.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide further instructions.
  3. Items must be returned via our approved courier partner only (Citypak) or dropped off in person at our designated store or warehouse, as instructed by our team.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.


Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or if something is missing from your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@racvibe.com. Be sure to include clear photos and your order details. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, including possible exchange or replacement.


Out-of-Stock Exchanges

In case the item requested for exchange is out of stock, we will offer an alternative size or color (if available). If no suitable alternative is available, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.


Exchange Locations

  • Online Orders: must be returned via Citypak courier service.
  • Physical Store Purchases: (if applicable in future) must be returned to the same store of purchase.
